Children
Newborn visits, well-child visits, school physicals, and sports physicals. Sick visits for children are welcome.
Sick visits
Colds, sinus trouble, urinary symptoms, rashes, and other problems that should not wait.
Ongoing conditions
Follow-up for blood pressure, thyroid, diabetes, and other common chronic issues.
Women’s health
A yearly women's visit, or time to talk through a concern.
Medications and labs
Prescription management and lab orders tied to the visit. Bring a current medication list.

Tammy Leggett, MSN, FNP-BC
Tammy has been in the medical field for more than 27 years. She began her career as an X-ray technologist, then continued her education to become an RN. While working as an RN, she recognized the need for attentive providers, which led her to become a nurse practitioner.
She is licensed in Florida, qualified for autonomous practice, and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Visits
Call and schedule your new appointment or follow-up visit.
We see patients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. If you call while we are away, leave a message and we will call you back. Telehealth is available for situations where it is appropriate.
If you need to cancel or change a visit, call or text at least 24 hours before. That lets us offer the time to someone else.

Insurance and self-pay
We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Railroad insurance. Don't see your plan? Call or text and we'll check for you. Affordable self-pay rates are also available. Fees and plans can change, so please confirm when you call.
